Refund policy

Returns:
Assembled Cabinets are not eligible for return. Please ensure to carefully verify your purchase 
before placing an assembly order. For Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets, returns are accepted 
within a 10-day window from the date of item delivery/pick up, subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
However, if a return is requested after 10 days, a higher restocking fee of 50% will apply. No returns 
will be accepted for items received more than 30 days from the date of delivery/pick up.
Designs and Order Accuracy:
Designs provided are for reference purposes only. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully 
review the estimate and invoice to ensure the accuracy of the order. Please verify that all items listed 
are correct before making a purchase.
Reporting Damages/Shortages:
Customers are requested to report any damages or shortages within 48 hours of receiving the 
product. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Kindly review our comprehensive Warranty for complete details on coverage. Any additional 
warranties or representations, beyond those explicitly outlined in our Warranty, are not provided.
Full payment must be made before delivery or pickup. Balances that remain unpaid are subject to a 
monthly finance charge of 1.5%.
In the event of outstanding balances requiring legal action, the buyer agrees to bear all reasonable 
fees and costs associated with such actions.
A fee of $35 will be charged for returned checks
